Whats better for a highly subscribed SME IPO... ??

For example, if i have ₹ 30L,

Then shall i make 3 applications of 10L in 3 people of my family.

OR

Shall i make 1 application of 30L in 1 person ?? Whats better for a highly oversubscribed SME ??

@IPO.RIKI All depends on your luck. Since it will be lottery
Many options are there, you can read BOA(basis of allotment) of any SME, for better understanding.
It will be better, if you use all 3 accounts
