These days in IPOs the next thing I look at after GMP is the registrar of the IPO ....and pray that it is not LinkTime.

From Monday circuit revised to 10% ... lets c how it behaves

At first glance financials are not consistent (Revenue and PAT kept increasing, then decreasing and again increasing).

PAT%=2.6% which is very less (It is like if they get 100 cr revenue PAT will be 2.6 cr).

ROE and ROCE are 3.5 and 4 which are very less. Debt increased from 257 cr in FY21 to 407 cr in FY24 though they will be repaying some debt through IPO proceeds.

Business is some what unique though and everything depends on IPO pricing. As the financials are not great, they should leave enough margin of safety for investors to make money during listing and long term as well.

I didn't get allotment and money is not yet unblocked. Anyone else facing the same issue?

I have applied through Zerodha mandate approved through Gpay and account is with SBI.

​@VeeraKotrika Some of the banks have yet to unblock funds specially in UPI mode. I suggest you wait until Monday.

If not, then contact your bank, email your branch with details and cc that email to the registrar, they will help you with this

Bulk deals seem to be a mixture of flippers and those who could hold longer.
More than 100% of non institutional float got taken out today. If the sales on Monday can be absorbed , we could see UCs for a few more days.
