I have budget to apply 200x in HNI category for Tatva Chintan IPO
Do i have chance of any allocation if NII category subscribed 400x ?
will it be 0% chance or lottery ?

If you apply 200 lots and subscription in NII at 400x then you have 50% chance to get allotment of 1 lot.

1 Lot apply in retail when subscription is 30 times in retail

OR

100 lot in HNI when subscription is 400 times in hni

U have to apply 400 lots if hni is 400x...

Can i apply in NII category along with RII category together through same PAN ? actually i had applied in RII category earlier now want to apply in NII category also but not sure whether both applications will be accepted or both will be cancelled.

it shows "This category is not avaliable for bidding for this IPO" in my axis account when selected nii category

For axis bank, applied in RII category, enter share quantity in multiple of lots and places price as bid prices(max price).this will work as HNi if total application value is greater then 2 lakhs rupees. I have used this.

RII = 27L Forms = 21.72X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~0.60 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@7.50%p.a.* for 7days = *155.77paise for 1X*

Thus, for NII the costing = 400 X 155.77 paise = Rs.623.10 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 623.10 X 0.60 = Rs.373/- (= Kostak)
