Hi Can i apply in RII category 1 lot and HNI category (Min 2Lac or based on Subscription) from the same PAN/Dmat/ASBA account ? Or is there risk in doing this way like both application (RII/HNI) will be rejected ?
It will get rejected if u apply in Both category with Same PAN, It looks like it might get oversubscribed by 250+ in HNI Category so do not apply in this category until unless u can block min 40 Lacs better apply only in Retail with multiple PAN for one lot only
Friends I have applied one lot by way of upstox platform yesterday and amount have been blocked but in applications it is only showing request accepted by sponsor bank and it is showing accepted by investor What to do please tell guys ☺️🙏

Dear Rahul Thanks for your reply - as per above message in this thread - even if I apply for 31 lots and NII goes for 200~ that means 200/30 => 6 => means 1 out of 6 applications who have applied for 31 lots and I have better chance than retail which is 1 out of 20+ - am I right?
Hi as usual applied via UPI from Zerodha. Approved the mandate but still show in pending/processing status and amount blocked. This is first time i am seeing this. Should be a problem, right?

Expected subscription is 500 times in NII/HNI category.
Hence, for definite allottment of one lot (i.e.13 shares) you may have apply for 6500 shares (500 lots) for an amount of Rs. 70,39,500 (500 x 13 x 1083)

Apply only 1 lot. No meaning to apply more than 1 lot in RII. If you have money for 200+ lots, you can try in HNI category for better luck.
