Irrespevtive of the Registrar (whoever it may be), getting allotment in this type of issues is very very difficult not only for you but also for each and every applicant.
yes!!!! I thought it''s only me who has this feeling that whenever the registrar is "Linkintime" I don''t get an allotment,,,, so it''s common !! I guess there is an inside settlement in the "Linkintime" registrar.
@IPOReddy In such case zomato should execute for me as I placed order @110rs 9:40am, then I should get shares @116rs for my order. But it didn''t execute.
For pre open session buy, your order should be at or above cut off. Means in this case if you have placed purchase order above 116 it will have got executed. Vica versa for sale means order below 116
@vreddy, you are getting confused between buy & sell order. In clean I placed sell order. In Zomato i am sure you placed buy order @ rs 110 & it got listed at Rs 116 so it doesn''t got executed. Had you placed buy order at 116 or above it would have been executed. And for sell order @116 or below. Hope its clear now
@vreddy You place order(Rs 110) below listed price (Rs 116), so it won''t be executed Because u re ready to buy when price is at Rs 110 or less than that, but not more than that Eg: For suppose if listed price was Rs 140 and after opening of market(after10.00 AM) it settles to Rs 100, then there is a loss of Rs 40/share As your order (Rs 110) not executed in opening market, you will observe the price movement and you can either modify your order (Rs 110) or you can cancel it, so your loss will be minimised
this was the reason behind non execution of your order I hope your doubt was cleared now (అర్ధం అయింది అనుకుంటా)
