नहीं, ऐसा निश्चित रूप से नहीं कह सकते। मेरा zomato का allotment हुआ था और साइट पर पब्लिश होने के काफी समय बाद खाते से पैसा debit होने का मैसेज आया।

I did not receive any mess about debited but in 5 applications , 3 application many unblocked but 2 app.money still block..I applied them through SBI ABSA .I Check it in internet Banking..What it''s mean.....
