195000 INR only is the maximum possible under shareholder quota. It should have been 200000.

1. Apply on the first day in this IPO.
2. Apply only one lot in retail.
3. Apply for snhi and BHNI as per your funds.
4. If you have shares of tata motors, you can apply 2 applications in retail and SH quota. allotment in sh quota is dependent on subscription.

Share holder quata allotment will be lottery base or proportinate base?

Lottery based IF oversubscribed more than 13 times, which it will be 100%.

Don't apply 1 or 2 lot thinking your allotment is guaranteed.

Even for 13x subscription in Shareholder it will be lottery on proportionate bases.

1:13 if applied with 1 lot

2:13 if applied with 2 lot

I have 3 DEMAT account, Say A , B, and C under same PAN.
I am holding TM shares in DEMAT B.
If I need to apply in ShareHolder Category do I need to apply from Demat B, or I can use any Demat A, B or C?
Also I plan to apply in general Retail Category, do I need to keep my Demat account same while applying in both general Retail and Shareholder or DEMAT account can vary?

Share is associated with particular demat so it would be great to apply from Demat B as a safer side.

You can apply retail from anywhere but obviously share holder application from Demat B naturally.

1. BHNI - How many lots
2. SHNI - 14 lots / 66 lots ?
3. 1/2 retail LOT

1.BHNI 67 lots is enough
2.SHNI 14 lots is enough
3 retail one lot is enough

I think only TataTech employees can apply..

Yes only Tata Tech Employee can apply in Employee category, which stands valid 🙂

All others are also allowed to apply but it will be rejected on technical bases.

I have 4 dmat accounts of family members. Can I use my bank UPI for mandate for all account?

It will be considered as third party application, hence more chance of application rejection

All the 5 ongoing mainline IPO's registrar is link Intime. Registrar or LM or Company (Not sure who is responsible) should confirm the schedule as T+3 with full confidence so that CG admin can change the dates (tentative schedule) accordingly. Hats off to Link intime for controlling the entire market and consistently delivering T+1 allotment!!! Hope Link intime will deliver this time for all issues together.

Just a small correction: I have 2 demat accounts with separate PANs.

I want to apply as B HNI for over 10lakhs . Do I need to fulfill any criteria or I can simply apply through ASBA. What does this mean "An HNI is an investor who has total investable assets over Rs.2 crore." Please help !

Akak, you can simply apply over 10 lakhs via ASBA.

2 cr, That is a generalized concept not a condition..

Simply apply BHNI in ASBA
