anybody knows to whom to contact in case of funds not released in bank account?

Fund is blocked in my SBI account since 14th Nov for Arvind and shipping company. I wrote to SBI & they told me to contact registrar of the company. Registrar is not responding. It is almost one month, SBI is unable to remove hold on unallocated application.

Happened with me also with same bank SBI.
Contact RTA. They always pick up phone. Tell the person your deatail and request him to mail to SBI with you as bcc.

@Ankur Goel Please visit the branch personally, give them a written application, address it to branch manager, take acknowledgement. Give them all the details. Email that specific branch all the details, cc that mail to the registrar to keep them in loop.

I had same problem, took them 15 days but they unblocked my money, they can do it.

Experts please clarify; I bought one share of TMotors on 13. I thought I am not eligible for SH quota as RHP filed on 13th, but I received a mail from tata motors informing about SH QUOTA.That means I am eligible??? Please reply. Thanks in advance

If I applied for 5 lots. There is already heavy susbscription happened. So if my PAN got selected do they give 5 lots for me or just give 1 lot and remaing lots will be given to different people as there is huge demand ? or they dont even accept mine go with persons who applied only 1 lot in this case?

@Kumaraswamy Aligeti In case of oversubscription if you are alloted you will receive only 1 lot, even if you applied for 5 lots. Funds of 1 lot will be debited and rest will be unblocked

As per my understanding, if shareholder category subscribed more than 13 times, lottery will be done among those who was applied 13 lots.. Not for those who applied 1 lot.
Senior members please give ur suggestion here.

@Rahul Shankhla Lottery will be applicable for 1 lot as well but allotment chances will be less as compared to those who applied with higher lot

Even for 13x subscription in Shareholder it will be lottery on proportionate bases.

1:13 if applied with 1 lot

2:13 if applied with 2 lot

Excellent Anchor list as expected. All QIB including FII, Mutual Fund, Insurance companies, Pension fund subscribed the anchor list.

One observation Nippon India Small cap fund aggressively applying in all IPOs. Find it's name in IREDA, RRKabel too.

Bhai, shareholder category if gets oversubscribed then allotment will by lottery, allotment neither guaranteed nor fixed.

As per past record, and given enthusiasm for this IPO, shareholder category is likely to get oversubscribed by minimum 25-30 times, some in this forum have even predicted 50 times!

Ab aap decide karlo....

SH Category also will be heavily oversubscribed and allotment will be by lottery. Every Applicant be it single lot or multiple lots up to 13 lots may get only one lot allotment by lottery. If any body having subscription details of TCS IPO of 2004
may share the information to get some idea about expected subscription for TATA TECH.

In my opinion no need to wait for approximates to time the amount and number of applications. Best you can do is wait till last day noon, everything sorted, each category and each IPO bidded for. At that time you can choose in which to apply and how much keeping other things at place in the time being.

Since you have purchased on 7 November 2023, You are eligible for shareholders quota, as shares have entered your demat on November 8.

If your Demat account is with CDSL, then please check mail with email ID services@cdslindia.co.in of 8 November (or 9 November) with subject Transactions In Your Demat Account for confirmation of Tata Motors share entry in your demat account.

@arvindarvind One more check, hope the mailbox you are checking is linked with your demat holding TML shares

Anyhow it doesn't matter if you get mail or not. If you hold TML on record date your SH application stands valid

Respected senior members and other investors, I had question regarding which category to apply for the IPO.
I have Rs. 30,000.

I'm planning on applying for 1 lot in retail quota and 1 lot in SH quota.
Is it worth to apply that 1 quota in SH or is it better to apply in other IPO's given SH quota in Tata is proportionate allocation?

@Bhargav P Better retail in TM and other of ur choice. Our group each having share of tamo but decided to almost to skip SH.
ALLOTMENT
retail > SH > bHNI > sHNI

Those who are comparing JSW on basis of size forgets brand TATA. Lot of new accounts are opened and opening to catch opportunity. People who are entered at LIC were inactive are now active. If IREDA fully subscribed on day one just imagine what will happen here.
