There appears to be overload of subscription. There is time till 24th to approve mandate. Wait for some time. UPI mandate will surely be received.

Hello everyone, just have a small query. I am a Tata motor share holder but I didn’t receive a mail for share holder category and I am planing for share holder and bhni category. So should I take risk and fill both or should I avoid share holder category as I haven’t received a mail for it and should not risk my bhni application as well .

And one more question
If they reject my application will they reject both or only share holder category.

If shares of TaMo are there in your demat before 13th Nov then you are eligible in SH category. (if mailed not received not an issue)

2nd if in any case they reject then, only SH category will get rejected. It has nothing to do with BHNI category. So don't worry and apply in both.

Shareholders category subscribed 3 times almost already, the highest among all category.

Misinformation on proportionate basis and guaranteed allotment has spread like wildfire.

Post-allotment there will be so many sh qouta applicant cribbing about non-allotment.

With 3 eligibile for SH quota.

In SH we have to apply with 15k or 2 lakhs ???
Means we have to apply for 1 lot of 13 lots ???

SH is already oversubscribed so I don't see any point in applying for more than 15k in SH category. Rather use the spare funds to apply in other IPO's.

RHP clearly says, "Eligible TML Shareholders Bidding in the TML Shareholders Reservation Portion can Bid up to a maximum Bid Amount of ₹200,000. Further, Eligible TML Shareholders Bidding in the TML Shareholders Reservation Portion can also Bid in the Employee Reservation Portion and also in the Non-Institutional Portion or the RIB Portion, and such Bids will not be treated as multiple Bids."
But no so called EXPERTS in this group will tell new comers or unaware people about this. Why they are not giving any clarity on this. This is called disguising.

Only eligible employees who received email from TML can apply in employees quota
Don't be confused
TML employees but not share holders can bid only 2 applications
TML share holders but not employees can bid 2 applications
TML employees+ TML share holders can bid 3 applications

Major portion of this figure 666624 comes from Retail and Shareholder categories. This will keep on increasing and may well surpass 30 lac plus on final day end.
