Why I can't understand many people applying Via UPI id .
When you are sure to apply then go to ASBA . If you are dought on any ipos them go with UPI id. If you satisfied then accept mandate other wise cancel mandate.
It is best way as I follow .

I am employees in tata technology, but can't figure out how much lot apply

​@Vinaytap In Employee category you can apply upto 5 lacs i.e. 33 lots

​@Vinaytap I confirm what Mr Basuvr wrote- Employees can apply maximum Rs. 5 Lakh. Application above 5 lakh under Employee category will be rejected.

Confusion created by "TaMo Shareholder" category, where maximum amount of application can be 2 lakhs. Above 2 lakh, will be rejected.

I think UPI max limit is 5 Lakhs. use ASBA mode.

I applied 13 lot SH application and 1 retail application from SBI ASBA. I selected the category as shareholder / individual respectively for the applications while applying.

Now, after application is submitted, I cannot see the category displayed anywhere in the acknowledgment. Is this fine? Will applications be submitted in the right categories?

RETAIL 1:5 or 1:6

SHNI 1:30 or 1:35

BHNI 1:6 or 1:7

SHARE HOLDER QUOTA
If share holder Quota will subscribe near 17 times

13 people out of 17 will be selected for Allotment (Those who applied for 13 lots) Get 30 Shares Allotment

Before applying

Applying 02 seperate applications using same PAN number

1. Shareholder quota = 13 Lots = 1,95000/-
2. Retail quota = 01 Lot = 15000

Total amount (SH + Retail = 15000) = 2,00,000/-

Experts please confirm whether the above is correct and I can go ahead with this.

​@PRathi  as per your attachment it means, if you are TaMo SH then you can apply in SH category + Employee category (if you are employee of Tata Tech) + Retail.
If you are an employee then can apply in all 3
If you are not an employee then in only 2 category = Retail + SH
