1 question to ALL, Someone applied 13Lot in single application in SH category and If SH category is subscribed 30x application wise then how would be allotment on proportional or lottery basis as in RETAIL category?
If proportional basis then how much minimum shares been allotted?

Am I eligible for shareholder category? Can I apply 1 lot each from shareholder and retail category from same pan?

it was a mistake its Tata Motors

1 retail + 13 lots of sh = 210000 (more than 2 lacs)
Or 1 retail + 12 lots of sh = 195000

Which is valid?

If you wish, you can apply for 13 lots each also. Individual category of Retail and SH has limit of RS 2L each.

if you have only 1dmat go with SHNI if you have multiple dmat with different pan apply 1 retail from all

I only have funds to apply for 1 lot, either in Retail OR as Shareholder (having Tata Motors in my account).

Should I apply in Retail or in Shareholder Quota? What is a better bet?

Seems Operating leverage is benefitting the company. go through the latest concall:
Maintaining 30% revenue growth guidance
Employee count expected to stabilize between 750 to 800, with cost increase expected to be less than 10%
Promoters have been buying shares instead of selling
Revenue generated solely from platform subscriptions, no consulting or custom data services offered.
Customer accounts increased by 9% YoY
Look at the OPM%..

No, only one application with single pan is accepted. For SH and Employees, there is quota for application in each category if they wish too.

Don't take a risk apply only SHNI it may be cancel if apply both with same pan

13 lots would have give you better chances of allotment and decreasing lots decreasing probability.

Can someone please help me with the information whether SBI bank even now allows multiple IPO from one account on diffrent family members registered with it? I used to do it previously but it is not allowing now. Any reasons?

BHNI 12 times (145000 app wise)
SHNI 35 times
Retail. 8 times (max)
Shareholder 15 times (below)

​@Paymzia ji, Congratulations your prediction was quite accurate and mine was off by quite a margin.
I really didn't see more than 85-90k bHNI applications coming.
But getting 3x of usual numbers (50k bHNI applications) is really staggering.

I am assuming lot of new entrants into IPO world becoz of Tata Tech IPO ... Subscription is rising (not only for Tata but for all ) like there is no tomorrow and like today is the last date ...
All my estimates and plans are now gone to garbage ... need to rework the strategy ...
again with LinkInTime being registrar for all , i am hoping against hope ...
