So 10/2 = 5

Does proportionate allotment is done for S-HNI category also in case of over-subscription or is it Only for B-HNI?

Hello everyone, can you tell me the exact meaning of third party application please . Can we use our friends upi as well to fill the application ?? Is it allowed and if we get it we can revert the same amount to them afterwards .. right ??
I have a new Demat acc but my asba account is not connected to it (it might take few more days ) but it’s showing that I can fill an application by upi and I don’t use upi so can I use my friends upi (will that be a good idea )

13 SHareholders X 15000 = 1,95,000rs + 1 Retail = 15,000rs

Total 2,10,000rs. Is it a problem as total crossing 2 Lacs for the single demat.

​@KAUSHI K ji, The 2lac limit is only for the shareholder category. Along with shareholder category, you can either apply for Retail Or SHNI or BHNI.

So in your case, you should be fine by applying 1 Retail (15K) + 1 shareholder (195K). It's valid.

Today by mistake I sold Tata Motors instead of TCS from one of my account.
I believe once record date is over we can sell & still be eligible for shareholder quota if shares were available in Demat on record date.

@​@Np patel ji, If your funds are sufficient, I recommend trying the SH category with 13 lots. Anything less than that likely won't stand a chance. With 13 lots, you do have some potential in the lottery. Best of Luck!

Yes, you need to apply for 7 lots = 7x30 = 210 shares.
Chances of allotment depend on subscription figures.

Try with different dmat 1 pan 1 lot if oversubscribe, don't block fund if only 1 dmat 1 with retailer 1 with share holder category, and use fund in different ipo.

My esaf ipo autopay got cancelled but amount is still blocked in account ...please suggest..what to do???

We may avoid TATA share holder application (1-13 lot) in mass accounts. Unfortunate to skip but we have to digest if subscription increases heavily last day! I will let you know accordingly and selected path.
