At first I didn't accept ur view sir ... now it became TRUE... 70 lakh + retail application!!! Oh my god ... where r u all these days ...

Surprisingly, my subscription prediction went correct for IREDA almost in all categories except QIB which was not in our hand :)

It was not magic but wild guess according to IPO movements and predicting remained very difficult due to 5 IPOs along with TATA.

Even though 4 IPOs came at the same time, the chances of allotment are still low due to over subscriptions in the 4 ipos.

👉👉👉 Quick recap:
1. Primary market secondary ko hilake rakh dega woh kisine socha nahi tha!
2. Secondary market 200-300 point up hoke down, fir up and fir 25-50 point pe stable aur woh bhi 3-4 din aisa hoga woh bhi kisine socha nahi tha!
3. Secondary market ka volume kam ho jayenga woh bhi kisine socha nahi tha!
4. All 5 ipos me itna QIB + all category me itna subscription hoga wo to seriously kisine socha nahi tha!
PS: TATA is main culprit in good spirits for all these unexpected events 😭

👉👉👉 Pre/post listing predication for all 5 IPOs and especially secondary market stable movements:
1. There would be huge inflows in secondary market from primary market gradually.
2. Good cross buying in recent 5 IPO stocks if not allotted + if particular IPO lists below 10% than GMP.
3. If particular IPO opens nearer to GMP then regular trading and mostly inflows in that IPO stock.
4. There would be huge non-allotees due to massive subscription in all IPOs except Fedbank.
5. Ready for some surprises in listing v/s listing.

👉👉👉 Conclusion:
1. Stable secondary market and according to India/global specific events post listing + 1 day.
2. Look for great secondary market stocks and enter before primary market non-allotee/QIB enters to buy good stocks at better price.
3. Don't apply IPO if you are always trying your luck in primary market. In and out in secondary market in good stocks if you can monitor and satisfied with the profit.
4. If you enter in secondary market then invest gradually and keep diversified portfolio. Buy anything you like after the research!
5. Don't become very long term investors if you don't have reasonable money. Make profits, make mistakes in trading, learn and be reasonably expert!
6. This momentum in primary market may continue for some time but depends on many factors as you all know (particular IPO, market, company, domestic and global events).

PS: Some of them are hard decisions but please consider as my personal views! Any agreement/disagreement's reply would be highly appreciated!

In cello IPO one person applied for shares worth more than Rs 30 crore, another person applied for shares worth more than 25 crore, 95 persons applied for shares worth 14.90 lakh each. Some persons applied for shares worth more than 15 lakh but less than 25 crore. It is observed in most of mainboard IPO s. It is nothing but an attempt to increase over subscription times

In cello IPO 307 persons applied for shares worth 9.99 lakh (998,568 to be exact) each. 15 persons applied for shares worth 984 k each. 19 persons applied for shares worth 969 k each. 41 persons applied for shares worth 596 k each. Also many persons applied at price lower than 648 Knowing that they will not get allotment.Moreover many persons submitted 2 applications Knowing that these will be rejected

​@investormahesh It might be true but it doesn't add count in fruitful % subscription. I somehow feel that was very minor point and doesn't have to do with massive subscription for IPOs. Such thing happens mostly with the real listing price where operators may drive to innocent IPO allottes if its in their hand.

Please see larger picture, everything is real and some incorrect applications/rich person no. of lots doesn't fall into purposeful objective of increasing subscription. When subscription remains so high, it goes out of control from all to get allotted.

Sir I don't think that a person applying for shares worth 30 or 25 crore will not know that he is unnecessary blocking 29.90 or 24.90 crores extra without any benefit. But yes cello and other good IPO s were heavily over subscribed even without manipulation.
