Hi!

Received upi mandate (Zerodha + upi) but forgot to transfer money to the associated account. So the mandate failed upon clicking on approve. So can I apply again or would it be considered as a duplicate one as the application number has already been generated? Please advise.

Best way will be cancel the application and re-apply. But first make the funds available.

As there is rush for subscription, receiving mandate may get delayed. In case, it is not received - one may cancel the application and re-apply.

When I am applying through icici securities app under shareholder category page there are 2 options displaying one for retail up to 200000 & second for HNI above 200000.
Please suggest which one to apply to get 10% reservation or higher allotment chances

For shareholder category, there is Max limit of Rs 2 L. You can not apply more than 13 lots (RS 1.95L). Choose accordingly.

I hope you have applied in all the other ipos retail also?

If not, may apply in other instead of 5 lots in SH.

If yes, then no harm in trying luck with 5 lots in SH. 🙂

Problems in UPI can cause many applications rejections
Avoid if possible to apply via UPI and go for asba(safe)

If UPI mandate is received and approved, there will not be any issue regarding successful submission of application. In case, UPI mandate is not received, it is best to cancel the application and re-apply.

Honest opinion (may irk someone) - Pointless.

Your chances will be miniscule instead apply in either retail or other 3 IPOs.

Applied 10 retail and 5 SHARE HOLDER(full 1.95L)..
Looks allottment chances in retail will be less.. May get some lots in SH..

Looks like co has told employees to open account and apply... 😂

Same in IREDA... not expected this much subs in retail.. 4 ipos and TCS BB..

For better allotment chances, maximum lots should have been in SH category and just 1 in retail.

This Zee Business Managing Editor cum anchor, so called expert, recommends applying not more than 1 lot in shareholder category. Do you agree with his view point? What is use of proportionate allocation basis then?

For applying as a Shareholder, Is it ok to use a different bank account than the one associated with the demat account containing tata motors shares as registered with the broker?

Some service providers like Zerodha, allow funds from bank account linked to the applicant's demat. Best way is to transfer funds to this bank account and apply to avoid any hassles/non-acceptance later.

It is registrar who is assigned job of allocation. In this case, it is linkintime. Basis of allotment date is 30th Nov. One should receive the communication about allocation/non-allocation by this date. All the Best 👍

@Riddhi Ladani 13 Lot retail is useless best go with 1 retail or if you want to max use funds get 1 lot funds arranged and try your luck in sHNI with 14 lots and 13 Lot SHA application. Note that sHNI chances are lower than retail but if luck favours then you will get a good chunk of the shares.

No point In applying 13 lots in retail category as it's over subscribed already, if you apply 1 lot or 13 lots in retail it will be same only.

You can apply 13 Lots in share holders category

Cancel old application and apply again with different upi id so that you can find which mandate request is old and which is new, old if by chance it comes you can decline

Yeh retailers k paas itna pasa aaya kaha se mujhe toh 2 IPO me bhi lagane k liye sochna padta tha. Socha tha 5 IPO hai toh lagne ki acchi opportunity hai, lekin sab IPO k subscription pehle se bhi bohot zyada hai.
Approx 20000 CR rs retailers ne lga diye
Logo ki kitni Jeb bhari hai . ( This is shocking)

If you apply 2 lakhs aur 2 crore it does not matter, if you are lucky you will get 14 lots which is 2 lakhs Rs of share.

Same issue page opening sometimes but details not loading. Better not to apply now. Lets wait for 2 - 3 hours. Or else application might get stuck.
