I have two questions.

Q1. What should be the choice for a shareholder who can apply for only one lot? 1 Lot Share holder application or 1 Lot retail? In Tata u

Q2. Should a shareholder with 30 k amount apply 1 Lot each in Tata Shareholder and Retail? Or should they apply only 1 Lot in Tata (SH or Retail) and apply 1 Lot of either Gandhar or Flair or IREDA with the remaining money?

Experts please opine as the applicant will not be available tomorrow to check the subscription status and has to decide today itself.

If I have 3 lakh rupees left after applying 1 lot each in retail in 5 different demat accounts with different PAN then what is the best approach for shareholder category. Apply 13 lots in one demat and divide rest of the money in 4 demats or apply 4 lots each 5 demat?

Hi everyone
Can anyone explain on SHNI and BHNI how the allotment is done. Is it lottery or proportional.

If i apply 1 BHNI and 1 SHNI what will be chances of allotment if subscription is as below.
SHNI 100
BHNI 100.

Also does the 2.5L vs 9.9L investment in SHNI makes any difference.
Similarly for BHNI apply 11L or 1Cr will make any difference.

I have 2 demat accounts. I have TaMo shares in my sharekhan but not in Zerodha. Can I still apply from Zerodha from shareholder quota? Please guide

Application is submitted to shareholder in minor's account in IDBI Bank but amount is not hold and application number is also different

I want the understand the criteria for Shareholder category. I didnt have any Tata shares. So, I bought few shares of TataMotors today which should get credited to my demat in T+1. In that case, can I apply in SH category because at the time of doing allotments, my demat will surely hold what I bought?
Or is there some record date for the holdings to identify the Shareholder?

You cannot apply in SH category now.

No you cannot.
Cut off date was 13th November. Only those people who are holding tata motors shares on 13th November are eligible for shareholder quota.

Do Gpay users apply with emailname@bankname (Like abc@okaxis) type of upi ID? or does one need to have phonenumber@upi (Like 9xxxxxxxxx@upi) type of ID? Please clarify

Kya fayda hua shareholder category ka, iss se acha normal hi kar deta tata, as subscription 75X jaata dikh rha h isme as most are waiting for last day numbers.

If SHni category go 40X
And Shareholder 75X
Kisme fayda h lagne ka??
Aadmi shni me na lagade

Shareholder cat ka fayda tab hota jab subscription retail ke barabar ya kam hota,,, jyada paisa h to HNI hi lagalo with less X 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Can even go above 75x as the Misinformation on shareholder quota that the allotment is done on proportionate basis is spread like wild-fire.

So people in droves are applying/trying their luck by 1-2-5 lots.... without applying their mind or reading the rules.

It appears, Lottery basis will open for those who applied 13 lots in SH. Means, for 12 lots and lower it is better luck next time.

I have approved the two UPI mandate of IREDA due to the first mandate request not receive but after some times it came & I approved this obe also ..
Whether it is possible to cancel one approved upi mandate..

Application once cancelled will make the mandate null and void. So cancel the application and reapply.

When apply through yes bank, retail app for 30 share submitted , now try to apply in sh. Quta by selecting (sh quta) it says you have already applied earlier, I am holding tata moter since last 1 year. Sr. member pls guide..... Thanks

Applied from 10 acs...retail (1 lot)
applied full (1.95L) from 5 diff acs.

As it is going to be lottery for allocation considering heavy oversubscription, luck will play big role. All the Best !
