Can I apply from ASBA with a bank account different from one with which my demat account is linked ? Both accounts are in the same name and pan.
Or is it considered 3rd party ?

hello guys,, i am a shareholder of Tata motors,, I apply through sbi net banking linked with upstox. while applying through sbi net banking there comes a option for shareholder/renounce. do i have to select this one to apply for shareholder category?
or is it better to apply with upstox through upi?

Shareholder/renounce is correct option for applying in share holder quota.

जब शेयरधारक कोटा में एक ही लॉट मिलना है और वह भी लॉटरी से तो इससे कहीं बेहतर है SHNI है , जिसमें 14 लॉट लॉटरी से मिल सकता है , जिसमें मात्र 15000 (210000-195000) ज्यादा लग रहा है। मैं SH में 15000 एवं SHNI में 210000 लगा रहा हूँ-

If SH gets oversubscribed 40 times and SHNI 100 times, ...

Chance of getting 1 lot in SH would be 1/3rd. Considering 15 k lot size, net allotment chance is 5 K.

Chance of getting 14 lots if SHNI is 1/100. considering 2.10 LK for 14 lots, net allotment chance there is just 2.1 K.

Please correct if I missing anything

Aapki calculation galat hai sir.
Agar issue 13 times subscribe hua SH category mein, then apko 1 out of 13 milega agar single lot lagaya tho, and agar aapne 13 lot lagaye tho 1 lot confirm milega.
In shni, issue oversubscription bahut jyada hoga, maybe 100 times plus.
So chances are not that good

Share holders category over subscribe better option apply shni category after 2nd day

Hi All - I am trying to apply for an IPO in the SHNI category via ASBA in Canara Bank, but I'm not sure which category needs to be selected. Can someone please help me figure out which one I need to select from the options below?

NOH[NIB] - NOH
FI[QIB] - Financial Institutions
FII[QIB] - Foreign Instititional Investors

Just sharing a thought:

Currently, across the 5 Main Board IPO's, one which closed today and 4 which are open - 1 lakh crore+ has been garnered in subscription.

During previous HNI allocation regime, the best days with multiple Main Board IPO's clubbed would also see about 1 lakh crore being garnered.

Let's see what the number finally tallies to tomorrow but the interesting point is that nowadays the proportion of financing and leverage is very little. Our equity markets are flush with domestic money!

how to check total number of application in shareholder quota for 13 lots

No one has this data except registrar we will get this data after allotment only

for big hni what is better
for big hni what it better 1 rs 30 lac application or ..3 aplication of rs. 10 lac

Obviously 3 application of 10lac

I am only able to submit only one application from idbi bank either SH or retail. Anyone submitted both application from idbi bank?

Or else what is the solution. Third party upi anyone applied or mandate recieved?

can someone throw some light on big hni allotment? is it better to go for rs.10 lac or rs 30. lac? both have same chances in terms of ratio or rs. 30 lac has 3times more chance?

I am not receiving the Notification from BSE on the application being submitted at the exchange. Can you guys confirm is anyone else also facing the such kind of issue

Where to check if the application was 'actually' submitted ?

Executed means actually submitted.

Click to transaction id, it will show you "Accepted" in ICICI ASBA.

Is there a way to cross check with exchanges ? BSE https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx is mostly not working and when works it shows 'no match'.
