मैं टाटा का शेयरहोल्डर हूं ।मुझे मेल में बताया गया है मैं शेयरहोल्डर , hni or retail and employee category के लिए eligible हूं । ( मैं employee नहीं हूं ) इसलिए
मैंने
195000 shareholder ( अमाउंट blocked)
210000 shni ( amount blocked)
1 lot employee category ( applied but mandate approval is pending from my end as I am confused that am I eligible or not )

कृपया बताएं कि मैं employee कोटे के लिए eligible हूं या नहीं ? मेल मे बताया है कि हूं

@VIKRANT BALUNI its implied meaning is TML Sh + Employee (eligible) + HNI (or) Retail bids will not be treated as multiple bids.
It seems clarification is for the purpose of 3 separate multiple bids eligibility only.
I do not think it implies TML sh without eligible employee can also bid in employee category.

Surprisingly the subscription is moving very slowly compared to 1st and 2nd day.
Looks like everyone mostly applied on 1st and 2nd day itself.

If SH quota is oversubscribed 30 times, your chances of getting 1 lot would be 3.33%.

If I have tata motors shares with me, can I get allotment in both the categories under single name:
1. Retail application of less than 2 lacs
2. and Shareholder category

1. Retail application of less than 2 lacs
2. and Shareholder category

Or should I apply in only one category ?

Both category can apply
1 share holder below 2 lac compulsory
2 retail can 15k, 2 lac +, or 10 Lac +

Both.

I applied 1 lot in retail and 13 lots in shareholder quota.
In retail there is no point in applying for more than 1 lot.
In SH, after reading CG posts, I think there is more chance if one apply for 13 lots.

Dear Members,

I am seeking assistance regarding the current situation with my IPO payment. I applied through Paytm UPI for Tata Tech Ltd and received the following message:

"Failed IPO payment for Tata Tech Ltd. Your payment from SBI has failed due to a technical issue on the UPI network. If money has been deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your bank account by 28/11/2023."

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the next steps to unblock my funds and reapply.

I think you should cancel your bid and apply again for safer side..should not take risk even 1%

I have canceled my application and reapplied for Tata Tech. Due to a shortage of funds, I skipped Gandhar and applied for 1 retail lot each in Tata, Flair, and IREDA from two accounts. Additionally, I applied for 8 lots in Tata Tech SH category and 1 retail Gandhar from one account.

As per rhp showing proportionate basis .
Means you have to apply atleast maximum quantity which is 195000 for ultra oversubscription.

Lower lot applicant will not get anything as per proportion basis.

@ jay here. I am also facing same issues. I am trying in BHNI from last two days. every time occurring errors. Finally with god grace, applied in SHNI just now after reading your message. There is some bug/glitch for BHNI application. There is no issues with Retail application(1 lot) in union bank of india.

Everyone has some tata company shares. But there is no difference or special service/benefit from them

All are same except tata motors share holder
