BUT I THINK IT WILL LIKE RETAIL.

HERE 21000 AROUND ONE SINGLE APPLICATION IN SH CATEGORY.

SO SINGLE APPLICATION WISE ,IF TOTAL 21000 APPLIED EVERYONE GOT ONE LOT,IF 42000 Single APPICATION THEN TWO FROM ONE GOT.

AND IF LESS THAN 21000 ,THEN THOSE APPLICATION MORE THAN 1 LOT WILL GOT

I PERSONALLY BELIEVE ,ALLOTMENT LIKE THIS.(EX: SBICARD)

But its did not fulfill clause of proportion, this category already subscribe full on 13 lot so less than 13 lot not get any thing.

Since the oversubscription in S HNI is 45 times, will I get any allotment? Will it be proportionate or lotter?

​@OmkareshwarBLR This is a common mistake. If an issue is oversubscribed in sHNI or bHNI, you will get minimum lots only provided lottery luck favors you. Please keep this in mind before comfiting additional lots.

Side Note: In retail you get 1 lot in case of oversubscription so again applying more than one lot in retail for oversubscribed issues does not make sense

@OmkareshwarBLR since minimum 14 lots is to be allotted in SHNI & BHNI and not 1 lot so it is not a case of confirm allotment. Wish your luck shines in allotment.

@mundrika you are right but as per nse also share holder quota subscribed 28 times in Aeroflex.But in BOA it is given that is subscribed 14 times.

Whereas in SHNI it is 1:44 as per subscription.

Also please confirm in upcoming IPO’s allotment will be in lottery for SHNI & BHNI.

Similarly Many Applied Under the Shareholder Quota were also not Eligible Shareholders

Those holding TCS, Tata Steel and Tata Power has also applied in the Shareholder Category.

These Applications are bound to get Rejected, Can't say Exact but 20% Rejections Reasonable

how do we know the details of rejections?

Many people apply in Shareholder category more than 13 lot.

Tata Play has went into losses and Tata might sell , Dilute or Upgrade that business

​@Sandeep Kumar sethi Tota Group is expected to come with two IPOs. Most probably the first may be TATA CAPITAL.

Holding company of Tata may come with IPO of *Tata Sons* due to changes in regulations by RBI.RBI has placed Tata Sons under Upper Layer NBFC Category. To keep away from this category Tata Sons have to list in Market, the easiest way. If they choose this way, Tata Sons have time upto September 2025 to come with an IPO. If this happens, Tata Sons IPO will be biggest of all time.
Looking into the present holding of Tata Trust, the 5% holding need to be reduced, so this IPO may be of 55 thousands crores.

A small doubt, if one applied in retail and shareholder quota and again applied for hni with same account Is shareholder bid rejects or only retail and hni bids reject. I Applied in retail at first but due to extra funds availability withdrawn my application in retail and applied in hni.

if you withdrawn retail application, and applied in HNI, you are good to go.

My daughter age is 4 year having demat ac is in prostocks and bank ac is in hdfc bank I wants to apply ipo through hdfc asba but when I fill details and submit the form it is shows age should be more then 18 year . So what I do in that situation .

DOB is not mandatory. Kindly ignore it.

4 days session of 5 IPOs and 1 SME is over. Share Market is also going to take rest for 3 days from tomorrow. The investors have taken lot of time in studying and finding the way to subscribe with their available funds. Most of the Forum members were busy during these day. Tata Technologies have involved investors to wait for IPO from very long time. Now this is the time to relax for 3 days at least, need to regain some energy and no need to wait for allotment. Allotment will take its own time.

Dear members pls clarify today I received this message from punjab national bank.
As per SEBI guideline, for applying ASBA, your PAN mentioned in the application should match with the PAN linked to your Bank account. Please link your PAN with your Bank account before 01.12.2023 to avoid Rejection of ASBA application on Third Party ground- Punjab National Bank.

As sebi has made any mandate that bank account holder pan should match the ipo application pan ? During ipo application

​@Yeshwant s jain If you go by rules, the application is liable to get rejected on technical grounds. Registrars have system checks in place to identify such. But, but, but.... on the contrary if luck favours you and since the mandatory 1st December deadline has not arrived yet, you can expect allotment.

Will third party applications be rejected if its a joint SBI savings account from which we apply an IPO for all joint account holders? Not sure if it’s a joint account, does PAN number of all joint account holders get mapped to that account or only the primary account holder’s?
