YES, ONCE one ipo ka allotment allotment time se phle hi aa gaya, like 2-3pm pr hi, also unka paisa bhi unblock ho gaya, jisa wajah se sabne next ipo apply kr diya jo usi din close ho rha tha and that gone over subscribed, gussa to bahut aaya pr kya kr sakte hain,
isi saal ki bat hai, thi se ipo ka name yaad nahi hai, pr shyd wo sbfc bank ya utkarsh bank tha,

koi batado yar kab he allotment meto thal gya wait kar kar k itna late kon karta he yar

Can u explain all the procedure of buyback for online tendering

Almost every broker has an option online on their platform to apply for buyback.
I have applied in past in zerodha. It will be under Portfolio>Corporate actions > Buyback. These options will show only when the window for buyback is open.

Clearly on Zerodha TATATECH Allotment is showing as 30th November and listing on 05th December.

Why is there so much confusion that the allotment will happen today?

this is the maximum time can be taken or you can call it standard time till date.
But from last 2 months they are doing it before time, trying to follow T+3 , which will be compulsory w.e.f. Dec 1st 2023.

From Dec 1 only it's T+3 listing... Till that time it's optional, so everywhere the dates mentioned are for T+6 listing.

As per the details of listing given above by @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com The listing is to be done on 30th of this month. In view of this allotment status is likely today late at night or early in the morning. Tomorrow unblocking and debit to be cleared. Shares to be credited well in time so that listing can take place and investors can sell in pre open and thereafter.
All formalities to be completed without any fail.
Wait and watch.

Let registrar enjoys these last couple of IPOs of Nov 2023, from 1st Dec 2023 mandatory T+3.

I'm sure all allotments will come by tomorrow except we have so much excitements little early. Allotments remains available at night only buy we expected some now due to 4 mainline together. Only worrying thing, UPI not started yet for any IPO.

It means these are the last ipo following the old T+ Formula and from now onwards there will be quicker allotment & listing ?

Yes, T+3 mandatory as SEBI instructed post Dec 01 2023. Let's see how it goes for some registrar who never followed.

Gpay is not showing any live/pending/completed auto-pay mandates.
