Guys, regarding share holder people are comparing with no of times of subscription. But in reality it is no of applications which you have to look at.

Tata technologies has around 2 lakh applications and 15 lakh applicants applied for it and if 3 lakh applications get rejected there will still be 12 lakh applications.

Now consider this scenario:

In 12 lakh applications there may be around 5 lakh applications for 13 lot category.

So considering proportionate basis 1 lakh applications will be alloted to 13 lot category and rest of the 1 lakh applications will be alloted to other lot categories.

So by the above basis we can come to conclusion that 13 lot category also not having fair chance of allotment. Maybe 1 out of 5 will get the allotment in 13 lot category and other lots it will be more difficult.

​@aryan sa  As I said 13 lot apps will be alloted around 1 lakh apps from 2 lakh apps, so you got 2/5 SH. 13 lot apps never a confirmation of allotment. We must always calculate based on applications and not on no of times issue subscription.

If they finalize/allot and refund our money, we can utilize it to buy some other shares.

I am not sure why people making comments on waiting. From the past we all know Linkintime always come with an update late night and some time next day early morning 2:00 am as well and debit msg is mostly next day morning.

We should be thankful to Linkintime that they are trying hard even T+3 is not mandatory yet.

what if registrar would be Kfin, would wait 6 days then.

​@Np patel  Yes I agree with you , linkintime was practicing with all earlier ipos whether they are able to manage things with t+3 listing so that after 1 december it would be easy for them to comply with new rule.

Looks like they are intentionally delaying the allotments. Atleast, they could have released allotment for 1 ipo. Not even a single allotment is out yet.
