SEBI approval Date = 26th April 2023
Time that SEBI took for granting its approval = almost 5 months

As compared to that,

Tata Technologies Limited

DRHP filing Date = 10th March 2023
If we assume that SEBI may grant its approval in 3 months = 10th June 2023

You are right
But it is possible that it has to file addendum or corrigendum which will take some more time
And in past 3 yrs no company has brought ipo immediately after sebi nod they have to run certain campaigns
Considering all this scenario I personally think before 15 July ipo is next to impossible to come ( this is my personal opinion)

Price cant compare with Unlisted prices, those are highly inflated prices, does not reflect actuals... same is evidenced already in many recent past IPOs, always ipo price is much much lower than unlisted share prices.
