What is the probability of getting it listed at around 10% Discount like SBI CARD, ABSLAMC and LICI , as all these were having Share Holder/Policy Holder Quota and a lot of advertisement were made months before launch/opening of all these IPOs?

Nothing can be said without knowing the issue price.

SBI card is one of most overrated stock and it has lost all its shine which it has before IPO.
It's true that it is 2nd largest CC company but whether its card or operational performance all are depleting.
The most important ratio/% for CC company is revolver ratio/rate which is decreasing over the time, it's simply means how much % of CC user are making not paying complete bill and they are paying only minimum amount out of total bill. Now customers are wise and they prefer to pay full amount or make EMI.

I have CC of all leading banks and i can say with experience that SBI Cards is mostly in use during festive online sale for discount.

Now coming to Corona then Bajaj Finance touched 1900 during corona and today it is at 7900 whereas SBI Cards touched low ~500 during corona and today it is 800. Price of a share price over long term tells the whole story.

Mujhe lagta hai jo khate hai woh Babu ko chhodenge nahi aur jo nahi khate hai woh sayad chalu kare kyuki shares bhar bhar ke milege usko aur price up ho jaye woh bahane :)

TTL & KPIT has similar EBITDA band of 19-20%.

Congratulation for discovering a gem at early stage and made huge gain in it.

It really true that real money is made in P/E expansion together with EPS growth.

IPO pricing depends upon greed of promoter & selling investor. It's a complete OFS and the company is having good future prospect and the IPO is in demand as well so maybe it can be little pricy. It should come in valuation range of 20-22K cr which turn out to be price band of 500-550.
Let's wait for RHP to see final FY23 financial to get more clarity about pricing.

​@A.DOSHI ji, RHP date is not known in advance. TML will announce to exchanges after filing.
You will be eligible even if you buy 1 day before RHP filing as there is T+1 settlement system, but there is no way of knowing filing date. Simple thing to do is, buy 1 share on Monday (and hope that RHP is not filed on Monday) and close the chapter.

​@A.DOSHI Sir, yes you will be eligible for SH quota if you buy 2 days before, but RHP date is not known in advance. Last time 3 months back, Tata technology filled DRHP and later withdrawn it, hopefully it will not happen this time. Also most of the companies file DRHP with SH quota and remove it in RHP, chances of which are less here as it's brand company

What will be the criteria of allotment in SH catogery.is it proportionate or lottery.if lottery then min.lot shall be treated same as max lot as in retail .Please clerify experts.

Proportionate allotment subject to minimum 1 lot. If shareholder category gets oversubscribed way to much such that investors are going to get less than 1 lot, in that case Lucky draw will happen.

Proportionate Basis for Shareholder quota - if the application for shares value of 2 lakhs is oversubscribed than it will be lottery system for 1 lot. Anyone who applied less than 2 lakhs wont get any shares.

Post IPO total FF would be 23.59% and on listing day the FF would be 16.5% out of which HNI & Retail will have 11.8% FF of total equity of the company.

The way Tata tech is taking time for listing since last few months, it's reminding me the LIC IPO scenario. Hope the same fate doesn't repeat here.

​@Imhilli I think the delay was due to pending case related to share allotment which has now been settled by paying penalty to SEBI.
