Off Topic = I have a Query regarding TCS Buyback.

Which Date/Price of TCS will be taken to calculate to fall under Retail Category of less than 2 Lakhs.

Is it the Buy Back Price of 4150/= or the Share Price on the Record Date or price of some another Date??

Pls advise so as top calculate the No of Shares under the Retail Category??

Technically, it is closing price on cut off date is consider for number of shares in Retail Category (calculation of Rs. 2 L)

nearest to 2 lakh in RII quota.

*2* How many shares in number might be allotted (1 Lot or full as applied), if someone apply (2-10) Lakh under NII quota

Wo apne same pan se indivinal application SHNI and BHNI ke liye apply ni kar sakta hai.

Mihir arora i know bhai but broker bol rha h ki share holder me lagane ke bad ap indivinal wali shni or bhni ni lga sakte

I want to ask, that one retail application of 15k and one shareholders application of 15k from same pan is allowed? Should I apply shareholders application of 15 k or 2L, which will have more chances of allotment?

Yes ,1 retail in conjunction with 1 sh is allowed. You will have max chances of allotment at 2lk in sh quota. Higher the bid in sh, higher the chances of allotment

Hello, sir, what will be rough price band for TATA TECHNOLOGIES?

I have two dmat accounts in single pan. Can I apply in both the accounts under sh category

No both of apps will be rejected if applied under same PAN.

Any senior member please guide
I have 10 demat account and 3lakhs fund.
10*15k=1.5 lac for retail
And I already bought 1 share of Tata motors for SH catagory in one account,it's good to apply remaining 1.5lac(10lots) in one account
(Or) should I take tata motors share in remaining 9 account for SH category and apply 1lot in each account.. which will get best allotment chances🙏🙏

​@A Rajput  You can apply in BHNI and SH category. But you have to have Tata motor share in demat Ac before RHP is filed..
Allotment chances in BHNI are generally more than SHNI..

Share holder qouta me 20 rs ka discount hoga to sab log share holder qouta me apply karenge aur shni me chance jyada ho jayega allotment ka??

In Sh category minimum 1 lot plus some shares will come depende upon subscription .
Where as SHNI zero or 14 kota will come depends upon your luck .
Have money apply in both if you are a share holder too

SH quota doesn't guarantee of assured allotment....and likely to be huge over subscription near 10/15 times SH .. ....dream accordingly

​@Mehul Deraniya As i already answered, only SH quota is limited upto 2 lakhs. Along with that in same PAN, retail / shni / bhni can be applied
