1• If One buy Share of Tata Motors till One working Day Prior to RHP file will be considered Eligible

2• RHP Expected to filed Next Month in Second / Third Week

3• Those holding Tata motor or Tata Motors DVR will also be considered Eligible Shareholder

4• Shareholder can Apply for Max Amount Upto 2,00,000 ₹

5• Eligible Shareholder can Apply in Retail or HNI (Big or Small) Along with Shareholder

6• If Applicant is Employee then can also apply in Employee category with above 2 Categories

7• Allotment in Shareholder Category will be on Proportionate basis

8 In share holder category we can apply maximum 2 lacs... Means 13 lot application

Ek query hai mere pas 2 dmat account hai 1 normal and 1 funding account tata motor normal dmat main hai so main normal se share holder quota aur funding dmat se BHNI apply kar sakta hu please

You can apply from both the category from single account (funding account) Or one category in different account.

Your PAN will be matched for SH quota and not the demat account per se.

Whenever the name of TTL is displayed in the list of IPOs, it is coming down and down in the list. After some days it disappears from the list. A well awaited IPO is giving disappointment. Now again new names are appearing in display.
This IPO is not at all expected before DEEPAWALI. TATAs seems unpredictable.
So,@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com Please don't add the name of TTL in the display. We know your sources very well. But TTL is not going any chance to imagine to the point.
Only grey market is enjoying and GMP seems to me tobe increasing.
First celebrate DUSHEHARA and DEEPAWALI.

Suppose shareholder quota crosses 10x ( heard proportionate allotment will be there and not lottery basis).

Will shareholder who applied 1 lot only will get allotment by any chance or not?

(Example case) Let say sh quota is 100x filled and max lots are 14 lots one can apply, & only 10k lots are available in sh quota. .
Rule- If someones has applied 14 lots then he has higher priority for allotment and then 13 lots guys and so on.
Case1-If there are more than 10k people with 14 lots application, then the allotment will be lottery for those who applied 14 lots in sh quota.Cas2 -If less than 10k people are there on 14 lots, then everyone who applied 14 lots will get allotment. The remaining lots are distributed to guys who applied 13 lots and so on.
Hope this clarifies. And pls point it if im wrong somewhere.

@RokdaMaker ji, The SH category presents a challenge that might be more complex than anticipated. Given the significant awareness of this IPO, a considerable number of users have already acquired TAMO shares to qualify as SH, which will likely result in a substantial number of applications within the SH category.

Consequently, it's highly probable that the allocation process may involve a lottery system. To increase your chances of being allocated shares, you may consider applying for more lots within the SH category (while staying within the 2 lakh limit). However, even with this strategy, a guaranteed allotment remains uncertain.

SH + SHNI are all valid..
But SH has a limit of 2 lakhs ₹
