When chittorgarh.com IPO is coming, and when came members can apply for share holder quota

The total shares for offer are 95,708,984 and expected price range of 420 to 450 so the issue size becomes 4000+ cr however the size expected is 2200 - 2300 cr so little confused, experts please guide to solve this puzzle for me.

You shall have 1/10 probability. So, its entirely luck factor. Proportional allotment does not happen in true sense. Its very difficult to get allotment in both HNI as well as Retail nowadays with such high subscription figures. You make more money buying post listing like in JSW.
