If you are applying under retail, you have to tick at cut off price and in HNI , you should enter price manually

My understanding is verification of share holder is based on PAN account only ... so if your PAN has TATA MOTORS shares in any demat account ( single holder with your PAN) , then you are eligible to apply in shareholders quota under your another demat quota... Experienced board members can confirm the same ...

Yes correct in the mentioned IPO allotment was easy. But in Tata technologies in shareholder quota allotment will be on proportional basis. So who will apply 13 lots will have more chances of allotment.
