yes @Sahil K you can do that, don't worry.

Bank does not matter. You can apply for any bank in normal category and any bank for SH category.

you can also try your luck in sHNI category if you have 4L capital, 2L in shareholder + 2L in sHNI

If you have funds then you can apply 2 lakh in SH and 2 lakh plus in SHNI..

Or 2 Lakh in SH and 10 lakh plus in BHNI..

Or just 2 lakh in SH and 1 lot retail..

Depending on your fund situation..

The allocation to shareholders will be made on proportionate basis in the event of oversubscription.

If an investor has placed a bid in the shareholder category for an amount exceeding Rs 200,000 and also in any other category, then the bid will be considered as multiple bids and will get rejected.

A query since I will be applying for the first from Shareholders quota category.

Suppose I apply for max 2 lakh from shareholders category then on the proportionate basis how many shares I likely to get?

Does amount limit matters if you want to get max number of shares? Or due to over subscription and proportionate basis everyone will get one lot whether applied 2 lakh or 50 thousands??

Google is not helping so kindly reply and guide guys.

One lot + some shares that's it

They should have opened 2 ipos this week and 2 next week. Not sure who decides the dates and what logic is considered. Even a basic uneducated person knows ppl will have shortage of funds if 4 IPO opens together.

They don't think about people.

@Newgen sir, Surana sir, Vinod sir and all seniors on the board. Still one question is unanswered. If share holder portion subscribed more the 15 times then what will be procedure of allotment. Lottery basis or proportion basis. Because it is quite sure it will subscribe multiple times. If then it is advisable to bid 2 lakh in share holder category.Please elaborate the procedure. 🙏🌹💐🌺🌷
