SO IN SHARE HOLDER IF I APPLY SINGLE RETAIL APPLICATION ,SO ALLOTMENT BASED LIKE RETAIL OR PROPORTIONATE?

SO HERE LIKE THAT? OR MAXIMUM OT APPICATION ,MORE CHANCES.

That means applying 1 lot in SH doesn't make any sense, since SH quota will be over subscribe that's for sure and 1 lot in SH will not get any allotment

SH KOTA ALLOTMENT WILL BE ON PROPORTIONAL BASIS
BUT IT DEPENDS ON HOW MANY APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED
SIMPLE THEORY IT IS
NO MATTER SHARE WISE

I would like to get your views on the following
I have opened my daugther minor accout with prostocks and have a bank account in her name. Even though she has a PAN , I think bank people updated my PAN details in the bank account. Will it be a problem for applying ipo ? Demat account is having her PAN details

Also would like to know is there any limit for minor bank account transactions? Can we deposit 10 lacs and apply as HN1 or is there any limit ? most of the google information shows, there is a saving account limit for mintors. pls clarify and help.

Some members have confusion about the bifurcation for different category.
So, I have tried to give some glimpse on it which is as per below:

Total Issue Size: 6,08,50,278 Shares worth ₹3,042.51 Cr
Out of this 10% is for Shareholder category: 60,85,027 Shares worth ₹304.25 Cr
And appx. 3.33% is for Employee category: 20,28,342 Shares worth ₹101.42 Cr

So after deducting both SH & Emp. category from total issue, remaining is 5,27,36,909 Shares worth ₹2,636.84 Cr

From ₹2,636.84 Cr; QIB, HNI & Retail are distributed as per below:
QIB 50% :      Appx. 2,63,68,455 Shares worth ₹1,318.42 Cr
HNI 15% :      Appx. 79,10,536 Shares worth ₹395.53 Cr
             HNI Small (2-10 Lakhs) 5%; Appx 26,36,845 Shares worth ₹131.84 Cr
             HNI Big (10 Lakhs+) 10%; Appx 52,73,691 Shares worth ₹263.68 Cr
Retail 35% :      Appx. 1,84,57,918 Shares worth ₹922.90 Cr

Can I buy TM shares tomorrow (17/11/23) to apply in SH quota?

You can buy but not eligible for applying in share holder quota. Because record date was gone past.

The Shareholders of TML - DVR will also gets the reservation in Tata Technology , same as the Shareholders of Tata Motors.

Now a person having both Tata Motors & Tata Motor - DVR will also get reservation in both categories of TML & TML - D. But as per my understanding a Single Pan holder can choose only one reservation either TML or TML - D, Not both.

Most of the members may have both TML & TML -D in their portfolio.

To be eligible for SH quota, one needs to have one share of TaMo or TaMo DVR, it does not matter which was held and in what quantities. There is only one SH category.

It is on lottery basis on how many lots you apply.

U are eligible to apply under shareholder category also. No firm allotment. Under shareholder category u may get either no allotment or one retail lot ie 30 shares, if u apply for 13 lots. There are very little chances of getting more than 30 shares under shareholder category
