@Manan Surana bhai,
Best would be to borrow from friends and relatives, especially from those with whom you enjoy that equation.
Otherwise, broker funding or LAS may be the easiest way out if you want least hassles.
I have gone for LAS once to part-fund buying a property. Everything was smoothly done in a day. But you will need to check with your bank what LTV are they going to give. If LTV is 0.5, for a 50L loan, you need to pledge a portfolio valued at 1 Cr. It's almost like margin funding haircut.
PS1: I have never borrowed for investing, (except margin trading, F&O).
PS2: Frankly, you are being overly optimistic about allotment in shni, looking at recent subscription trends. However, no harm trying. If you got this idea, maybe the stars are aligning in your favour thru that route only!
PS3: Do share what you finally did, and how successful it turned out for you.
