ગામ ભલે વાતુ કરે.. આપડે તો 2 શેર હોલ્ડર ખાતા મા 13 લોટ ની application ભરી દેવી. બાકી ના પૈસા મા રિટેલ 1 લોટ tata ની થાય એટલી ભરવી.. Tata લાગવો જોઈએ જોખમ લેવાનું થાતું નથી. બીજા ipo નો ભરાય તો કઈ નય. Tata જેટલા લોટ લાગે વેચવાના થાતા નથી.

2 લોટ લાગે.. પણ 2 લોટ 25000 નફો આપશે. બીજી રિટેલ મા લાગે ઈ વધારાની . SH ma 1 લોટ ની application ભરવામાં નો લાગવાનું જોખમ છે.

હુ 3 મા 13 લોટ ની application ભરવાનો 10 મા 1 લોટ ની

Gamdhar મા 10 રિટેલ 1 લોટ ની

બાકી પૈસા વધે એની ireda મા 5 થી 10. 1 લોટ ની

Tata ને મૂકવાનો નથી

બોવ લબડાવ્યા છે .

If you're applying for 2lk you will have more chances to get allotment
If you apply for one lot you will have very low chance as issue will oversubscribe more

I studies Aeroflex BOA for SH category and came to the conclusion that due to oversubscription, there is a lottery for people who apply for lesser lots and confirmed allotment of 1 lot + some shares for those who applied for highest no. of lots.

Tata will be heavily oversubscribed as we know there are many SH of Tata Motors and the demand of this IPO is huge. Considering the above circumstances, I believe the allotment will be on lottery basis and directly proportional to the no. of lots you apply.

Less no. of lots = less chance in lottery
more the no. of lots = better the chance in lottery
highest no. of lots = confirmed 1 allotment + additional shares depending on oversubscription figures.

Experts who have studies multiple BOA for previous IPOs with SH category can explain better.

Suraj ji, if I apply 13 lots than whether it's confirmed that I got atleast 1 lot irrespective of subscription?

Other questions:
1) what is the expected subscription in SH catagory based on the past analysis of SH Quota IPOs?
2) If I want to know allotment procedure based on number of times subscription like;
>> If subscription upto 1 time
>> If subscription upto 13 times
>> If subscription above 13 times

1) Regarding your query, yes if you apply 13 lots, chances are very good you receive confirmed 1 lot allotment plus few extra shares as per subscription
2) Expected subscription could be as per estimates any where around 8x-9x
3) If subscription is upto 1x application wise, which seems rarity then every applicant in SH category gets shares
4) If subscription is 13x or above 13x, then it becomes lottery and as explained by CASuraj, happens likewise.

If I talk about exams then it were good. Fealing after exams can't express in words it's amazing.

hi friends i need help

i am applying ipos through my saving accounts for last 1 year. i apply in 20 retail accounts i rotate around 5 lakhs fund per ipo..

i am worried abouot income tax notice or gst notice

to apply in multiple accounts throuh managinf funds from single acc what should i do, those who exp please reply

1) no need to worry about income tax and GST notice, if you are maintaining proper records of transfer and receipt of funds

2) after prohibition of 3rd party application , there is only one way available that transfer funds to all accounts and apply(as per my opinion)

2. 1 lot each in five accounts ( here chances are high atleast 2 accounts will get , but in one account 5 lots zero or one lot possible ).
