I am holding single share of Tata motors can I apply in HNI category in reserved category for share holders

for tata motors share holders, what is the procedure to apply. I got email and forms. is there no way to apply online? or do i fill the forms and file it.?

Apply through your broker website on app or you can apply through your bank website in ASBA mode, just like you apply for a norml IPO, you will get extra option to apply in SH category..

You can apply online. There will be an option related to shareholder in the drop-down where we normally select the category

Kindly help and suggest the following query

I have a minor demat account (daughter) with Prostocks and minor bank account in her name only but the Bank Pan card is linked to my pan card due to minor. Now when I apply for IPO through this minor demat account will it get rejected?
Also I am applying IPO through my own demat account and bank account. Will the above application will affect my application any way?
Kindly suggest since I have this confusion while applying

First of all, go to the bank and ask them to update minor PAN details as well in her account.
Once, it is added, then, only you can see both PAN details in the drop down while applying through IPO ASBA... Else Minor IPO application will get rejected.

You should get the intimation in a day or two.
Notwithstanding the above , you can apply as shareholder FF up to a limit of Rupees 2 lakhs , In addition you can apply as a RETAIL or HNI also.

In bhni also allotment is lottery or proportionate?

Lottery basis only if oversubscribed
Only SH catagory is on proportionate if even

Received the email last night from Tata (tcplindia).

In a family members demat account Tata Motors share had been credited on 13th November evening and the email was received at 11.20pm last night (17th November)

I had purchased Tata Motors shares last month and received the mail today at 3.21 am (18th November)

So, all the eligible share holders will get the email sooner or later.

Is it mandatory to apply in the same demate in which Tata motors shares are there? (For share holder category)

I am an NRE Account holder, holding NRE PIS AND NRE NPIS Accounts.
Though I have received email communication regarding TML share holders reservation, I got confused after this discussion.
I’m holding TML Shares in NRE PIS Account, while I can apply IPO only through NRE NPIS Account. DP-Client ID for both accounts are different.
Any thoughts, please reply

Clearly mentioned demat account number

Example : xxxxxxxxxxxx1234 your demat tata tech shares eligible for shareholder quota .
From this account only you can apply

Bank is doesn't matter.only demat is the matter

Can I apply 13 lots in SH quota or 12 lots in SH + 1 lot in retail to get max chance of allotment?

13 lots in SH plus 1 lot in retail.

i have two savings account, I have 2 lac in one account,can I apply sh.catogry from here( Not link from demat account and 2/25 lac in another saving account,can I apply shni category ( link from demat account),expert give advice

You can apply

You can apply 13 lots in SH Quota and even 1BHNI from the other savings account. BHNI increases the chances of allotment.
