​@JIgar A I am not convinced in it for multifold returns in long term, i think allottees may try booking complete profit if getting much better than expected returns in short term.....or may book 50-75% if allotted hni 14 lots and keep rest for longer.... valuations wise it won't be attractive after listing around 90-100% premium....i see hype is more here in compare to what it can actually deliver in longer time. for me, it looks tough that it can give multifold returns like kpit or tata elxsi in some years, rest markets are unpredictable so no harm in keeping some quantity for longer to try for great returns.

Please comment or like this post if you applied 13 lots but got 0. This will help us in future not to apply full lots in case multiple IPOs to manage funds better.

applied 1 lot - got 1 lot
applied 2 lots - got 1 lot

experts - at what time ICICIDIRECT allows pre-open orders ? is it 9:40-9:45?
I was disappointed with allotments -but planning to add at listing.

So planning to buy few TATA Tech and keep for very long term with 1 lot allotment.

Heavy rejections in Employee quota.
Applied - 3.7 times
Accepted after technical rejection - 0.4699 times only.
(Seems all Tata group company employees, applied through employee quota and got rejected except TML employees)
Means only 47% filled in employee quota.
All eligible employee who and whatever amount applied, got full.

Shareholders quota not much rejection.
It was expected more.

LISTING STRATEGY

As per Premiums Lising should be around 910-940 , But seeing No of BHNI applications sold at higher rates and Broker sentiment
Listing should be at around 970-1010

1.If lists Below 870 , Bechne ki sochna bhi mat , Non allotees can try entering anywhere below 860( If comes ) And can Hold 100%

2.If lists as per premiums and expectations at 910-950 , Still Hold Full lot , Non allotees can study that scenario and liquidity and take your personal decision

3.If lists Above 980 , Book 30% of Net value or Full Profit as per your convenience
Small risk takers can Hold 100%
Non allotees are not recommended to enter at those levels

Let's calculate Fair Value per share :
FY 23 PAT : 624 cr
FY 24 PAT : 860 cr ( Based on Trends of last 2 yrs and Market expectations)

PE Post Listing if lists at 930( As per GMP )
M.cap : 37200 cr

PE FY 23 : 59.6
PE FY 24 Fe : 43.25

KPIT Trades at a FY 24 Future Earnings PE of
75 But it's stock price has inflated by 25% in last few time which has to be discounted
So PE FY24 Fe : 60.3

According to my study and Rationale it should get a Forward PE of 49-52 times

So Fair Price Per Share : 1070 It will be my target price for Tata Tech
