In my views, this is not the end of IPOs in Share Market at present that all the companies have come together.
In view of all five IPOs, cash/fund rich members have no problem in applying all five IPOs in good numbers. But who have limited but very limited funds are going to face problem of selecting one to five. Here members need to be very careful and choosy. No unblocked funds will be available to apply these. To bat only one on TATA will never be advisable. Share Holder quota with IPO. No doubt luck matters. Very difficult time for me and others.
Tata Technologies IPO is the talk of town today. A TATA Group Company with lot of expectations by investors. When such a group Company comes with IPO in two decades, makes it a difference. To be subscribed very heavily from all categories. Difficult allotment. High GMP. Big size issue. But 4 more IPOs are with the same. It is difficult to understand why other Companies have come together to make it a rush of IPOs. Many members are likely to be left out of some to some extent.
Wishing all the mmembers a very joyful next week. But first of all enjoy the game of CRICKET.

Any one can tell that how many shareholders of tata motors in nos., which may help us to calculate how many time subscription in SH category in tata technologies.

Please clear one confusion as below :
If IPO allotted on lottery base in Small-HNI & BHNI, will allotee get confirmed 14 lots (420 shares) and 67 lots (2010 shares) respectively or will be on proportionate base ?

14 lots for SHNI, BHNI.

In case of over subscription, it will be lottery only in both category. Maximum allotment in case of over subscription is 420 shares.

Gmp of tata technologies is 344 - 348 rs.
Apply for listing gain and also for long term.
Portfolio stock..

Share holder catagory is not appearing in ICICI direct.
Thus applying as share holder, having dmet account with ICICI direct is not possible.

In SH allotment will be proportionate
Even if oversubscribed then first preference to 13 lots application there after to 12 lots and there on.
Minimum allotment will be of one lot .It may be more depending on subscription..

I have Tata Motors share in my HDFC Securities demat for around 2 - 3 months, however till date I haven't received any email communication from them. Also even during recent e-voting of Tata Motors (by last week) I received only sms notification but no email notification from them.

In current context, could I assume I am eligible to apply under Shareholder quota, though I haven't received any official email till now (or) is there a way to confirm my eligibility under Shareholder quota ?
