as per my knowledge, sh holder quota is also proportionate as well as lottery based similar to retail category. for example in this ipo if sh holder quota is subscribed more than 20 times registrar has to introduce lottery system

For Tata must apply shareholders application.

If suppose i have around 350000 rupees and has 5 accounts so i should go for 1 in each shareholder category 4 in retail and 1 in shni any suggestion??

Technically, 13 in retail too. But as heavy oversubscription is expected, there is no point applying for more than 1 lot in retail.

For one to qualify for SH quota, TaMo shares were to be held on 13th Nov. Selling it now will not have any impact on eligibility.

You can apply both from UPI also

Yes you can apply with 1 share in shareholder category.
Benefit is that you can apply in another category apart from retail/Nii and get more chances of allotment

In SH category you can apply 13 lots in one application and there will be proportional allotment. In that scenario you will have greater chances of allotment.

No, but you can make retail/SHNI/BHNI plus SH application..
