Hey. I''m relatively new to IPOs. Can you explain a bit in detail what does 282:2129 for minimum bid and rest at 20:151 mean?

For previous BOAs I understood that if ratio is x:y, out of y applicants, x will get allotment.

Lot wise lottery is done.
For single lot appl.ratio is 282:2129 i.e 13.2456%
For other lots, it may differ it a bit .
As in this case 20:151 i.e 13.245%
So in this case, single lot applicants are only a bit ahead arithmatically.

I thought in oversubscribed IPOs, applying any number of lots will be equivalent to applying 1 lot. But I see that''s not the case actually.

Actually that is the case as you can see above in Ashoke Ji''s Comment
For single Lot - Allotment ratio = 13.2456%
And
For other lot - AR = 13.245%

Difference is very miniscule.

So multiple lots chances = Single Lot chances as in RII - Allotment is on Application Basis .
Doesn''t matter if that Application is for Single lot or Multiple lots
