If A buys and enters in each & every sector, we all Indian have to surrender him directly or indirectly, but whats the source of this funding is also important for citizens of the country, sometimes this question scared me.
The reason for 10% to me seems that the issue price is going to be very expensive and retailers may not be comfortable. But investors are not worried. Take the example of PayTM. Let's see what happens. May be good for retail investors. Think positive be positive. Otherwise can we do anything?
700-720....for ofs price should touch 780-800..then only people will subscribe for ofs. November may be...

Some of the experts are saying that, the retail reservation for this IPO shall be 10%. I don't think that will be correct. Because, as per rules only the entity which incures losses in any of the last 3 FY must keep 10% reserve which was the case with Dreamfolks. In other scenarios, the retail percentages should be higher.
Can the experts/ IPO gurus throw some lights on these rules pls?? 🙏🙏
As per RHP there is 10% retail quota in this ipo.Apart from last three years profitability there is some other criterias regarding the issue structure, which can be found in sebi icdr regulations 2009 chapter III part I clause 26.

@bharat 1. Till now we are getting option of accepting upi mandate till noon of next day. Now we must accept mandate till IPO is live. 2. In new rules, exchange will show only those application who accepted mandate. Other applications are treated as incomplete and exchange will not count them. This will show real subscription figures 3. If investors change his mind and want to withdraw, then ... a) Only RIIs can cancel their application. b) NIIs, if want to withdraw, place another application from retail. Both will get rejected.

No.
Lock-in will be removed after expiry 6 months or 12 months from the closure of the issue (to the best of my knowledge), depending on the purpose for which issue funds are going to to be deployed.
The only way to encash shares of prior public issue is to offer them "in the offer for sale", which has been already communicated by the Bank to the then existing shareholders about one year back.
I too hold 300 shares, and I will not be able to sell on listing and I may be able to sell after 6/12 months.
I hold these too, but from my Broker i heard that 6 months is min lock-in period...

Case is pending in Madras High Court. Due to Legal issues TMT is unable to hold AGM. So accounts and other matters can't be approved by the bank till resolution of legal battle.
