Contingent Liabilities (BGs & LCs) of a Bank exceeding its net worth is neither unusual nor some thing to worry about. As a senior retired banker, I can say with confidence that all banks aggressively chase this kind of ancillary & fee based business and a healthy share of income from ancillary business of this kind is , in fact, a good sign.sign.

So we should apply without thinking much about negetives?
Fundamentals are promising but negetives are resisting.

I think it is like LIC, Py tm.

Looking at EPS and Book value, it's looking attractive.But still spark is missing and risk reward ratio is not favourable. May be long term investor will get it on cheaper price after a month. Wait till last moment and then decide as many same peer stocks are available at attractive valuations.

Only the cut off time for accepting upi mandate has changed..now it's day 3/ last day 5.00 pm
Asba ( application supported by blocked amount) not going anywhere.
Net banking/ Mobile banking and UPI are two different ways of asba.

What is the basis of allotment for HIN below 10 lakhs and above 10 lakhs

if oversubscribed then lottery. both cases you will get 2lacs worth shares or none. if its not filled you will be alloted more shares depending on the applications.

cut-off time to accept UPI mandate is 5PM on closing day.

maybe we can see some movement in other Bank due to this BANK IPO...

so can keep a watch of already listed good banks upto the listing date...

This would list in discount similar to LIC.

It may list at discount. But discount chances very less.

LIC shares were offered at P.E. multiple of about 100, where as TMB shares are being offered at a P.E. multiple of less than 10.

Hence, no comparison and this is much superior to that of LIC.

Why to the anchor investor shares allotted at 510 and to rest 525
Any reason?

At the end, issue price would be same for all.

Technically, issue price to Anchor Investors is not final and subject to the final discovery at the closure of the issue. In case, after the closure of the issue, if the issue price is determined at Rs. 525, then Anchor Investors have pay the remaining amount of Rs. 15 per share.

In case, issue price is determined at Rs. 510, they need not pay any further amount.

Further, if the issue price is decided at Rs. 500, the Anchor Investors will not get any Refund, and issue price for them would be Rs. 510, and for the remaining persons would be Rs. 500.

However, in all probability, the Lead Managers must have given assurance to the Anchor Investors that the issue price will be determined at Rs. 510.

Hence, the issue price likely to be definitely at Rs. 510.

I am not applying in this IPO.

will wait for last day to see GMP and Subscription.
