Hi all,
I have 2 doubts.

1)If I apply in retail quota from different (friends) DMAT accounts using my UPI ID(s) in all the applications, will they reject all those applications?

2)Do they reject the application, if DMAT and bank account doesn't belong to same person (PAN)?
Can someone please clarify my doubts?

1. It will be rejected.
2. 3rd party ASBA was allowed earlier but have no clarity about it as of today. Some say it is not allowed and some says they have received applications in recent ipo.

Under subscribe IPO mein case different ho sakta hai.

Looks like futile effort with limited funds.

Applied 3NII and 3 RII. But I should have gone for all 6 RIIs as HNI quota is much smaller here. RIIs have better chance, compare to the small HNIs.

But it's common in IT companies

They have 11cr mutual fund and 5 cr FD investment ,
office at same IT park in indore as
Infobeans which also was multibagger SME listed in 2017.

Business verticals are good and experienced team with 20 years in same field.
similar type business like All E tech. , doing software and app development for Startup and Established companies.
Its Leader service provider in UK and have subsidiary in UK and also Acquiring some companies in UK and US with IPO proceed for more growth in business and Debt free so no interest burden on net profit.
Overall looks versatile for listing as well as long run.

Almost doubled and retraced , now overpriced so should exit if view is medium term...

From where do we get Facilitator Code      ,DP Name, DP Id details when we applying from https://ntrade.hdfcsec.com/IPO HDFC ASBA ? all this while I have done UPI which limits me for number of application due to the cap of funds via UPI.
Can someone please guide?
