HEM &Bigshare combination, only 15% HNI, will surely surpass 100 times subscription in HNI category. Irrespective of theMarket mood, will certainly give more than 40% Returns on listing day or within a week of listing.

IPO size is almost 50% higher than Chaman and Macfos. Is this the reason for low GMP? Market may be sceptical as to what will happen post listing.

Systango will have a tough situation after listing as the issue is very large. selling pressure will be very high.

How come Systango Tech peer competitors is Ksolves, Please note Ksolves entered capital markets in the Bust Market and 2nd lock down of the Country. Ksolves issued only just 4,10,000 shares Systango 38,68,800 shares how Market Maker will create demand and supply. Bofore issuing shares by Ksolves paid dividends but Systango ??

Sirji, peer depends on industry and size of operations, turnover, profit, geography, etc.
What points you have pointed out dont go into deciding peer.

What is the reason for dramatic fall in GMP? I heard it to be only @15. Please share the latest GMP.

- Products are ok. mainly web and app developments and allied services.
- Financials are strong. Nil debt. EBIDTA margin 40%+.
- Clear plan for fund deployment.

Most of the revenue is from US / UK and other western countries. While it gives confidence on its credentials, there will be temporary headwinds on demand side.

Valuation is reasonable. at 16-17 p/e on diluted basis, 20-25% discount to peers.

I will apply with FF. I feel sub will be 200x.

Listing gain is possible or not?

What is the minimum allotment for HNI? 2 lots = 3200 shares? or 1 lot = 1600 shares? if allotted.

If you apply 3200, max u will get 1600 only if get allotted ur application.

then please be cautious to apply in HEM SECURITIES IPO...

bcz once it listed..it started LC in all recently listed ipo

so even u not able to exit....

please keep this catch in mind...

I am not facing any such problem as explained by you.
I receive mail from Kotak Securities one day before listing reg credit of shares and shares get reflected on listing day early morning. I sell smes in preopen also using Kotak Securities App.

the stock will list @ 20%+ premium....

we can expect 40 % plus listing gain

Whatever you say about Hem here, HNI will easily cross 100X on Monday and you will also part of it.

@Gaurav ji, you are super underestimating hem bh saying 50x. It will cross 100x very easily. I am pretty confident about this.

@Gaurav, even GMP goes to 0 or negative, Systango will be subscribed more than 100X...and Listing will be 115++...let's check tomorrow evening @5 pm (my guess subscription above 150)
