Yatharth Hospital, a Super Speciality Hospital has got the approval of SEBI for IPO. It is consisting of Fresh and Ofs. The company has three Hospital in Delhi-NCR. They are also planning the Hospital in other States also. During my visit and stay at NOIDA I had some neurological problem and visited this Hospotal in emergency. In short it was a good Hosptal. My experience only nothing else.

Both..but don't expect sudden rise in profits for next 1 year . Make in India is a key driving force behind this company. Although if you see this company is from 90s it has come a long way through acquisitions and mergers. Buy this and Dixon ,together for long haul.

Had 6k loss in 2 lic lots...sold it and got campus in the range of 300-350.... Loss got covered within 1 month.....so better to move on than to stick with lic for now.... May be in future when it shows some movement can go back to it.....

Neither the company website nor any article that I read about its IPO reveals names of their customers! Is it that they don't have any reputed customer or are they trying to keep their customer names, a secret?

From FY20-21, the Dividends on Equity and Equity Based instruments are taxable as per your Tax Slab, and the same is entitled for TDS if the amount is above Rs5000/-. (different category different TDS rates)
So one may have to file the same in ITR to get refunds (if overall income is less than limits) OR to pay additional taxes (say one is in the 30% slab).

Alternately, one may furnish the required forms (soft of affidavit) and submit with the registrar, so that the TDS is not deducted (but the form says that one does not have taxable income).

Dear friends ,

In HUF account , 10% TDS is deducted mandatory irrespective of dividend amount falls below 5000 or above 5000 in each F.Y p.a .

5000 rs. rule is applicable for individual account only. My HUF account is also deducted 10% TDS in TCS. Thanks

Company looks good valuations are okay ( pre IPO placement done at 290 rs ) only concern is promoter holding post issue (44%) anyways IPO looks good
