Any specific date of holding Balaji amines share for applicability in the subsidiary IPO?

Generally record date for eligibility in share holder quota is the date of filling RHP.In this case,you may buy 1 share of Balaji amines after Balaji specialty chemical gets sebi's approval for ipo.Approval status of each ipo is weekly uploaded in sebi's website on the next working day after sunday.

Total No of shares are 14.14Cr.
Current Revenue YoY is 444Cr.
Profit Margin for the year are 5-6%.
Revenue Multiple currently is 7x.
Good price for this ipo would be 92-125 Rs.
Please don't apply in my knowledge.
