got 2 allotment 01 amt deducted 14960 but still not deducted 2nd allotment amt. so what should i do apart of send the mail to registrar Please help

You do not have to do anything here. Just relax. Shares will be credited. For double deduction cases as well it will be refunded in one or two days.

It happened due to technical glitch as informed by the bank will be reversed today only
mine 4 times debited for single allotment

You have applied for 24 lots which comes in SHNI category. SHNI was subscribed 14 times, that means 1 applicant out of 14 applicant will get allotment. You were not that lucky applicant out of 14.

I aplied one lot each in my name and in my wife's name. I got allotment of one lot, my wife came empty handed.

if you apply more than 67 lots your chance to get an allotment increases. most of the people who applied for 75 or above got an allotment.just observation
