Allotment Date: 7th Aug 2015
Refund Date: 8th Aug 2015
Listing Date: 11th Aug 2015

in local dailies in Gujarat, i have seen company ad on its closure day.
in fact i applied for .shares seeing the ad

One drawback by applying through the ASBA,You cannot cancel your application. by applying physically form you can make the stop payment after seen the subscription.

That is not a drawback its the benefit of the system

I think the benefits of ASBA are far superior to its drawbacks

Cheque not debited yet....what about you guys?

I had also applied when is the allotment

Cut off price bid are made with understanding that whatever price decided is acceptable. In case lower price declared then if allotted balance amount will be refunded.

New allotment rules are based on applications recieved and not on the amount applied for. All applicants will be allotted 1 lot and leftover will be distributed among applicants of 2 lot and above.
In this IPO app 3 lacs applications are expected ,it may be not possible to allot every applicant to allot 60 shares , so 60 shares will be allotted by lottery .
THIS IS FOR RETAIL INVESTORS

Chances of allotment on cut off is more. No allotment will be their if issue is oversubscribed.
