Rs.254.10 is the issue price. For retailers reduce 5% from that price. it therefore works out at Rs.241.40

I could be wrong in earlier clarification. NSE says that for retailers shares were allotted at 261.90. Of course 5% is to be reduced from it. No specific information is available as to the rate fixed for the persons quoted "cut-off". If the rate for these persons are also at Rs.261.90 then all the retailers in loss.

Thank You MARK BAB. According to the point No.4 NSE document, for the persons who bid at CUT-OFF, the rate should be at Rs 254.11 (-5%) since Rs.254.11 is the cut-off rate for the non-retailers. That means there will be no allotment for the persons who bid at CUT-OFF. Is this true?
(1)There CANNOT be different Cut-off prices for Retail and Non-retail.i think this has resulted becaof typing error by FOOLISH managers to the issue that they did''''''''t differentiate between flor price and cut off terminology. let us assume they actually mean CUT-OFF. In that case whosoever bidded at cut -off price MUST ,remember MUST have been allotted shares at so called cut-off rate for Retail Investors. Disclosure : I applied 6750 shares at CUT-OFF in 9 a/cs,but alloted NIL whereas IF we go by the meaning and spirit of the word CUT-OFF,it means I am ready to by at the final decided price without any strings attached.SO it is very much not intended by the FOOLISH Managers at all. (2)Retail investors 100% without risk CAN SELL shares on 28.07.2015(T+1day) Reason : Shares will be credited in D-mat on 29.07.15(T+2) FOR Sales executed on 28.07.15,the Settlement takes place on 30.07.15.SINCE MOST OF THE BROKERS HAVE AUTOMATIC LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY.So delivery is not a problem at all. Disclosue : I have done so in COAL INDIA OFS.
(3)You cannot say DON''''''''t BID more than floor price becaone can easily hedge the position by selling equal quantity of shares in F&O. Moreover it is emminent now a days that at floor price in most of the cases shares will not be available at all. Let us see that in coming months as well''''''''''''''''
As per new rules allotment is based on total number of application received in RETAIL portion.
RETAIL QUOTA IS 70 lac shares. suppose 1.15 lac application receive then every applicant will be allotted 60 shares irrespective of quantity applied by you 1 lot to full 13 lots. . In case 3lac application made then every applicant will be allotted 60 shares by lottery (Which is likely in case of this issue ) So it is advised to go for 1 lot application ,which stands same chance of allotment if u make higher lot application. This is due to new Retail allotments rules framed by SEBI to encourage more retail participation and allotment to all.
Since now allotment in retail based on number of application recieved , and expected 3 lac application the RETAIL may be 4 to 5 times oversubscribed on amount basis since 90%applications are for 1 lot and you stand chance for 1:4 or 5. NII may be 50 to 100 times and allotment ova amount applied ,you stand very poor chance as your application for 2 lacs will be tiny one. Do not apply in both RETAIL & NII as now allotments are based on IT PAN and both your application may be rejected.
apply in maximum but less than 2 lakhs then the maximum chaces to get minimum 60 or even more but risk is that if listed in discount then do not weep , be silent , thing is not bad , will give better return, if short movement, go for single lot , either this side or that side , if want to get 100 per, then think for more than 2 lakks rs royal
I have a dematA/c and i would like to know that what would be the best amount to invest. As i read in many articles the shares maybe oversubscribed to about 50%. Is it better to invest only small amount like 60 shares or should i invest more

Floor price of PFC FPO has been fixed at 254 & the retail investor is given 5 % discount I would suggest that all retail investors should bid at 254 only so that there is safety margin. The company will have to allot shares proportionately if the no of shares bid exceed total allocation. Remember floor price of REC FPO was fixed at 315 & some of our foolish investors had given bids as high as 335 & got allotment at that price. These investors eventually lost substantial investment since REC is now available at 285
only one condiction name of Ist applicant should be different.

Syngene may be a Gem ..but valuations are stretched as per IIFL , Angel and EquityMaster. As per IIFL, valuations are at par with Divis Labs. And Biocon is an under performer from 2 years. So, I would avoid it. Suggest you to check brokerage reports and buy post listing. I strongly believe it will be available at discount post listing
AVOID THIS ISSUE OR IF YOU CANT RESIST BASED ON INFO THAT YOU HAVE, APPLY AT LOWER PRICE BAND.
