SOMEBODY TAKE THESE ROGUES TO TASK .NO ONE IS BOTHERED MARKETS R ALSO GETTING BUTCHERED.WHEN IS OUR REFUND COMING BACK. I HAVE WRITTEN A COMPLAINT TO SVCL,AARTHI CONSULTANTS ,NSE AND PEHREDAR 2 MONEY CONTROL.COM BUT NO ONE IS BOTHERED. WHY IS THE FIN MINISTRY,SEBI SUPREME COURT SILENT IF THEY CANT TAKE TO TASK SUCH FRAUDS THEN THEY DONT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO GOVERN THE MARKETS.

In this connection I request the other investors in SVPCL issue to write in this IPO discussion column so that we are all behind Mr. Jain to fight for justice.

The investors have no guts. There is no rule and law in the country. The company is unmoved on any verdict. High time people take criminal action on concerned.

what is the present status? How long they can drag the refund like this. What is our course of action. can anybody take a lead.

IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP HONORABLE FINANCE MINISTER, SEBI,SUPREME COURT. IF YOU DONT HAVE TOUGH LAWS TO GOVERN THE MARKET THEN SCRAP THE IPO MARKET. IT IS VERY SAD TO SEE THAT THE CO SVPCL STIFF AFTER RECEIVING SUPREME COURT ORDER FOR REFUND OF IPO APPLICATION MONEY ARE STILL NOT OBEYING THE ORDER. THOSE ROGUES HAVE KEPT THE MONEY FOR A YEAR AND THERE IS NO TIME FRAME WHEN THE INVESTOR WILL RECEIVE THEIR MONEY BACK AND ALL THE AUTHORITIES ARE JUST SLEEPING AND NO ONE IS BOTHERED TILL THEIR OWN MONEY IS AT STAKE.WAKE UP TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION.

Mr. ramaiyah making us fool he tells some investor that you will receive by 10th october and tell other one that you will receive by 15 october so dont trust him anymore.

WHY IS THE SUPREME COURT,SEBI SLEEPING.DO THEY HAVE ANY MORAL RESPONSIBILITY.EVEN AFTER THE SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT COMING OUT THE COMPANY SVPCL HAVENT RETURNED BACK THE MONEY TO INVESTORS AND PLAYING WITH THE LAW. THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR JUSTICE IN OUR COUNTRY ANY BODY CAN TAKE ANYONE FOR A RIDE AND ESCAPE ALSO. WHEN WILL JUSTICE BE DONE. COMPANY WILL FILE ANOTHER CASE AND STILL WAIT FOR JUDGEMENT AND POOR INVESTORS R SUFFERING. IS ANYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MARKET AND THESE ROGUE COMAPNIES COMING OUT WITH IPO.
SOMEBODY TAKE ONUS AND GIVE JUSTICE TO POOR INVESTORS.

I just called mr Ramaiyah again and he said, we will get the money back by 15 oct. He is lieing and again he was drunk. He is not stand on his comment. Please call that again again.

I called Mr. Ramiayah(from SVPCL) and he bloody said they are going to deposit interest amount in the fund account by 2nd oct and we'll get the invested money by 3rd oct once Aarthi cosultant start dispatching the check to the investors, . I know that when I called him he was drunk.
