If you are still waiting for refund, please wait until Nov 10th. Registrar should finish processing refunds by Oct 30 and then genreally it takes a weeks to get the cheques through registry.

Very hapy to hear to getting refund, I am not get any refund. it is really you people got refund. Still i never get any refund. I am debt. if i get my refund i reduce my debt.

Finally some good news. Hope we get the refund in 2-3 days. i appreciate SVPCL or whatever caused this delay. Looks like GOD wanted to safegaurd our money in the bear phase.

UPDATE AS ON 24/10/2008:

SEBI vide its letter dated 23/10/2008, acceded to the request of SVPCL Limited to refund the application money lying in escrow accounts immediately and to pay interest amount payable thereon by 31/10/2008. SVPCL Limited is making all efforts for refunding the application money in 2-3 days.

Friends, As per aarthiconsultants-sebi vide its letter dated 23/10/2008, acceded to the request of svpcl limited to refund the application money lying in escrow accounts immediately and to pay interest amount payable thereon by 31/10/2008.

All the investors of SVPCL please file a complint with SEBI for getting early refund.Dont loose hopes keep on trying from all the corners,one can hit.

dear freinds
it is very disappointed that company is not respect ot suprime court judgements and our country law can not do any thing, and directors are playing with inocent investers.
i had a conversation with company director mr ramiya he look like not to give us refund amount as he is not having enough cash, all the money invested in share markent and now is market down so no money it will never refund unless sebi is ask and prmit them for the ipo amount without interest
