I HAVE DEMAT ACCT WITH ICICI BANK. THE IPO MONEY SO FAR NOT REFUNDED BY SVPCL TILL 1730H ON 01 NOV 08. DO NEEDFUL EARLIEST.

I spoke to Aarthi consultants at 040-2763 8111 in the morning & it was told that it will be deposited today (01 nov 08).Not received refund till now.

jara dhyan do kahin ye log (ravi,tarun,shetty,) svpcl ki taraf se massege to nahin likh rahe. Kayon ki kisi aur ka refund maney to nahin aye hai. ye svpcl ke log hai. aap log contineu svpcl/aarti consltant ke pichhe raho. ye chor company hai bhag gayee hai.
Mujhe pata chala hai.

That means, all people who hv account with HDFC Bank hd got their refund back.. As you both have account in HDFC...
Others are still waiting for thier refund/interest..
I request to all other bank, plz refund our money.. specially ICICI, more trusted and invested bank..

My DMAT account is with Sharekhan with linked Bank account with HDFC bank

SVPCL if refunding money without interest. SEBI has directed
the company that they have to return interest@15% per annum on
the interest accured till refund of money. Let us hope we will
get the interest.

STATUS UPDATE REGARDING INITIAL PUBLIC OFFER (Issue) OF SVPCL LIMITED (Company)


Further to the status report regarding the Issue of the Company posted on this website and with a view to assuaging investors’ concern regarding the Issue, we would like to provide the investors with the following status update:

SEBI vide letter bearing no. CFD/DIL/NB/NB/142306/2008 dated October 23, 2008 has directed the Company to refund the application moneys forthwith and pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008 and in case the Company fails to pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008 then the Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 15% p.a. on the interest liability as on the date of refund of the application money. Further, the advice is without prejudice to the right of SEBI to intimate appropriate actions including by way of adjudication under section 15C of the SEBI Act, prosecution under Section73 (3) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Section 621 thereof, directions under 11, 11A, 11B of the SEBI Act read with clause 17 of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

Subsequently, the Company alongwith the Registrar to the Issue (Aarthi Consultants Pvt. Ltd) has proceeded with the refund of the application money.

We've been waiting for almost 1 yrs. We can wait till 10th Nov. However I have a doubt over the interest calculation. I had applied for 1 lot(Rs. 5625). Can anyone let me know what will be the interest amount for this.
