Mr. kumar . i m calling them regularly fr last 6 days. everyday is positive fr them. today they said abt refund or allotment in next 10 days

I have checked with Aarthi today. They say the company has sought clarification from SEBI whether they can allot the unsubscribed portion of QIB quota to retailers and they are awaiting confirmation which they expect by this evening positively. And there is no other serious problem. Lets hope it will get listed by next week. Lets not worry too much. We have to worry only about the discount.

i think lets send them notice or do FIR against them

Mr Gautam. U can logon to www.sebi.gov.in and after making ur id there u can file complain against this company. i called them today. now they r saying to wait another 10 days for either refund or allotment. I think they r winding up their business to flew away. Aarti consultant 4 out of 3 are invalid. I m feeling a big scam here

Looks like there is some serious problem with this IPO.
If they are expecting answers from SEBI within 2-3 days, when will they decide on allotment? Please let me know if there is a grievence/complaints website.

But this is now confirm that IPO will list on the next week... We have to wait little more for our ALLOTMENT/REFUND....

i had apply in that ipo. it had more than 25 days since the close of ipo , still I haven't received any
allotment or any refund. I have not received any information also about the IPO. agar bhai kisi ko pata chale to batana bhai

what is the date tof listing

I spoke to Aathiconsultants,they said allotment will be done
by Friday. Let's hope for the best.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is regarding the IPO of SVPCL which
closed on 26/10/2007. I had applied in that IPO, my application number
is 8041953 through DP ID and Account no. IN302902 - 42795312. It has
been 25 days since the closer of the IPO, still I haven't received any
allotment or any refund. I have not received any information also
about the IPO, despite trying to contact the registrars i.e. Aarthi
Consultants a number of times. Since it was a book building offer, I
understand from the SEBI website that the allotment or the refund
should be conveyed to the investor within 15-16 days of the closing
date of the IPO. But no such action has been exercised by your Lead
managers or the Registrars. Please revert back with the latest news
about your IPO, or refund me my money or else I will be left with no
choice but to get in touch with

By the way does anyone know how to get my money back from these bas*****, I think they have done some forgery kinda thing, I don;t think we are gonna get any allotment or even any refund.

it will be listed @ below Rs.35/- surelyyyyyyyyyy, don't expect more

these burgers are taking us for a biig ride....no information whatsoever....the investor is left in a real lurch..they should give us atleast some info
