Hi i have applied for 250 shares through icicidirect.com, till i didnot get any allotment or i didnot received my money back Could any body tell me how to get back my money

I applied with Rs. 33750 for this ipo I didnot rec. any allotment or refund.this would worst thing that can be done to present investor.

SEBI has asked SVPCL to put in advt informing that those
who are interested in withdrawing the application may do so
and they will be given refund. So, they are coming out
with an advt. So those who want their money back may write to ipo@svpcl.com with a copy to svpcl@aarthiconsultants.com
This way your money will be safe. I have just written to
withdraw my application.

I have applied for 1000 shares.My application no is 8001038.Kindly let me know the state of my application.I have not received refund till date.

Just withdraw your application by sending request through fax to aarthi consultants. I have done that and they have accepted my withdrawal.

Any news about SVPCL? NO ALLOTMENT NO REFUND.

i dont know what sebi is doing for this kind of bogous companies

Guys.... check the aarthiconsultants website. they removed SVPCL name under recent issues and forthcoming issues. earlier from last one month it was under forthcoming issues. How clever they r !!!!!!

Guys, there would be no listing for SVPCL. Let's wait for timely refund of our money. If it gets allotted n listed it will be in very bad shape.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that the allotment of shares in SVPCL LTD has not been
completed. The company has sought certain clarifications from Securities
and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the same are expected to be
received in 2-3 days.

Hi everyone we are all stuck up with this dumb comapny there is no allotment and no refund and no news about when there will be allotment. i have already lodged a complaint with SEBI about the company and its registrar as investors like us are stranded investing in such useless company.

i have called Aarthi, it seems still there is no reply from SEBI. i guess this IPO will hit very bad when it list...

how did u come to know that u have been alloted 1200 shares...whereas we left clueless about allotment

This company seems to be a fraud. Whenever contacted on phone, the reply was that the IPO people were not available to provide information.

This is bad... SVPCL should refund investor's money with interest. SEBI should not allow such companies to go ahead. They comes up with large price without any justification for that. SEBI is also responsible for such things...

Contacted Registrar of SVPCL Limited IPO M/s Aarthi Consultants Pvt Ltd (Ph: 040 2763 8111/ 4445 Email: svpcl@aarthiconsultants.com ) on phone, They replied the approval of the same is pending with SEBI and may take 10 days more, Can any one confirm the same by writting to SEBI if the same is correct?
