i have send an application for withdrawal duly signed and scanned as PD file to SVPCL - will that be OK? Do I have to mention my Dmat account number as well.
if the company does not recieve at least 90 % subscription... the whole issue will be withdrawn... so lets hope around 20 percent of the applications are withdrawn...(if you applied very little and want to withdraw- u dun have to because the big applications are going to be withdrawn hence the issue will fail thus u will get refund) cool down
It would be great if you could clarify whether requests can be sent through E-Mails or only written letters are to be sent...my doubt is when you say 'duly signed'...does an email is okay for these guys to refund our money.
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

SIR, I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT SVPCL IPO ALLOTMENT AND REFUND ORDER TILL DATE THIS IS NOT REFUND OR ALLOTED SO PLZ SEND ME REPLY THANK YOU SUBHASH CHANDRA SIROHI (RAJ)
At the outset we express our sincere thanks for the faith reposed in our Company by way of applications for subscription to the shares of the Company.
We would like to inform you that there were certain inconsistencies in the offer document due to use of “upto”/ “atleast”/ “minimum of” etc in relation to the allocation of shares to different categories of investors under the Initial Public Offer of the Company. We approached SEBI seeking clarification on such inconsistencies and the same has been obtained yesterday. We have initiated the process of allotment and expect that the same would be over before 10th December’ 2007.
We regret the unintended inconvenience caused to you and would request you to kindly bear with us.
